Courtney's Long Island Bridal Shower

So yesterday I shot my neighbor's fiancé's Bridal Shower. It was a lot of fun, and it was my first official photo-gig. I shot in total, about 400 photo's. Even though the sun was hiding behind some grey clouds, most of them came out pretty nice, actually, only 150 didn't come out good to be exact. It was a good experience and was great to shoot in the environment.

I hope everyone had a good weekend as well.

Zach.

Scouting Locations

Got my first official shoot next weekend, it's very exciting. I'll be shooting my two little cousins. So today I'll be out and about in search of the perfect location for this shoot. It's definitely a perfect day for an adventure!

Light of Day.

Not forgetting these few shots I took in the day time while I was gone. I took most of these around sunset and after sunset. I really enjoy the sunsets in different states as opposed to my own state for some reason.

Every once in a while you stumble on some kind of gold hidden in the hills. For the past 3 years I've tried my absolute hardest to get pictures of Thomas the Tank Engine, and every year I fail, but not this year. I caught him right as he was coming down the tracks. I even managed to get Percy as well.

Pennsylvania Stars

This past weekend I was enjoying some R&R in Lancaster, Pa, it never fails. When you go outside and look up, all you see are stars and they are so bright, brighter than they are here on the Island. I took my camera out and here is what I came up with.
Here the BIG Dipper is shown, clear as day. Perfect!
Above is Cassiopeia. And Below we have Sagittarius off to the left by the pole, and Mars and Saturn in the middle of the photograph.

Lightning!

I've been waiting for a good storm for a very long time. Since the last lightning strikes I caught somehow got deleted. So I set up my camera and my Gopro Hero 3. Check it out the result, pretty cool huh?
